A device for managing a cyber shopping mall, and a management system and a management method using the same are provided to enable a buyer to check whether clothes sold in the cyber shopping mall are fit to the buyer through virtual wearing before purchase and enable the cyber shopping mall to minimize return of the sold clothes by enabling the buyer to check fitness of the desired clothes through virtual wearing. A sever(11) which is a homepage(12) provides a web page or a WAP(Wireless Application Provider) page. A transmitter(14) transmits and displays information for clothes in a screen of a buyer terminal. A receiver(15) receives a clothes selection signal, an image of a person wearing the selected clothes, and a real size of a predetermined part of the person from the buyer terminal. A calculator(16) calculates the size of the predetermined part in the received image, and calculates a ratio between the calculated size and the real size. An adjustor(17) matches the ratio of the calculated size and the real size. A composer(18) composes the clothes image resized by the adjustor to a wearing position of the clothes in the resized person image. The transmitter transmits the composed image to the user terminal.
