FUNCTIONAL BEVERAGES COMPOSING GINSENG STEAMED RED NANO-POWDER UNDER MICRON SIZE

A functional drink in which red ginseng nano particles of sub-micron size are dissolved in deep sea water rich in natural minerals and oxygen-rich water is provided to ensure excellent dispersity, mixing property and absorption property, to increase inorganic material and to be used as a functional health food, particularly a drink for preventing and improving immune-related disease. A functional drink contains red ginseng nano particles of sub-micron size, 12 to 150mg oxygen-rich water per a functional drink and deep sea water. The red ginseng nano particles of sub-micron size are obtained by the steps of; sterilizing at 90 to 100deg.C for 1 to 10min with steam under pressure and drying red ginseng; finely grinding the dried red ginseng in a first and second step; adding water to red ginseng powder and extracting; removing cellulose from the red ginseng extract with a centrifugal separator; removing a monomolecular material containing monovalent ions by a reverse osmosis membrane; and drying the red ginseng extract by a freeze dryer or a low temperature hot air dryer. The red ginseng nano particles have a size of 20 to 600nm and 5 to 25% moisture contents. The extraction is performed by adding 4 to 15ml water to 1g red ginseng, extracting at 50 to 86deg.C for 5 to 15hr and continuing the step 5 to 10 times. Deep sea water pumped from a depth of less than 200m below a sea level is diluted with 5 to 100 times their weight of purified water. The oxygen generating device adopts an absorption method or membrane method.
