Hydraulic jar of closed type has body formed with the upper (4) and the lower (12) shells, respectively, those are connected to each other with adapter (8). To the cavity of the upper shell movable power hollow rod (2) goes, this in its lower part is equipped with piston (5) and is rigidly connected to additional hollow rod (6) with piston (18) that is fixed in its lower part. In adapter (8) central axial opening is provided, through that one additional hollow rod (6) goes, its middle part is made with larger diameter and is equipped with sealing elements (7). Between the pistons (5, 18) hermetic hydraulic chamber is formed, this is filled with oil. In adapter (8) peripheral through channels are provided, there bypass back valve (9-11) and working valve (13-17) are installed, the last one is adjusted for opening at needed pressure drop between the lower and the upper parts of hydraulic chamber. Value of stretching force of drill string and impact force are set by adjustment of working valve (13-17) to respective pressure drop. |
