Method for extraction-photometric determination of indometacyne includes binding indometacyne to ion associate with organic base in water medium, extraction of complex with mix of toluene and dichlorethane and following photometering of extraction. As reagent one uses cyan dye 6NBIK. Binding of indometacyne to ion associate is carried out in presence of universal buffer solution.
