A fuel-making apparatus of livestock waste is provided to solve problems of a livestock industry by recycling livestock excrements into fuel, compost, and livestock feed, and to remove a bad smell generating from livestock. A fuel-making apparatus of livestock waste includes: a cylindrical fermentation tank(10) for storing, fermenting, and drying livestock excrements; an excrement supplier(20) installed on the outside of the fermentation tank; an agitator which stirs the livestock excrements within the fermentation tank evenly; a drive unit which rotates and drives the agitator; a cylinder-shape fermented excrement discharge pipe which is horizontally installed below the fermentation tank, communicates with the fermentation tank through an outlet formed at the lower part of the fermentation tank, and has first and second outlets at both sides thereof; a discharge screw which is rotatably installed within the fermented excrement discharge pipe, and pushes out the fermented livestock excrements into the first or second outlet; a drive unit for forwardly/backwardly driving the discharge screw; a solid material molding member(70) which is detachably joined to the first outlet of the fermented excretion discharge pipe, and solidifies the fermented livestock excrements; an air supplier(40) which is provided in the fermentation tank and supplies external air to the inside of the fermentation tank; and a heat recovery device(50) which is installed at the upper part of the fermentation tank and comprises a heat exchange tank(51), a heat exchanger, a water tank(53), and a pump(54). |
