PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF MODIFIED EPOXY COMPOSITE COATING

摘要

A process for the preparation of modified epoxy composite coating consists in application to metallic substrate of adhesive layer preliminarily treated with constant magnetic field and thermally treated at temperature Т=323±2 К for τ=1.5-2.0 hours, thereafter surface layer is applied with subsequent coating curing at temperature of Т=293-298 for τ=72-76 hours. Epoxy resin is UV irradiated, filler and curative are separately treated in constant magnetic field, and the composition for surface layer is applied.
