A method and a device for providing personalized electronic direct sales/services linked with prints/publications are provided to maximize marketing and service levels by combining rapidity of network communication, efficiency for transferring information, and effectiveness of electronic direct sales/services using a video conference or an email. A member terminal(34) is equipped with a communication interface(35), a digital code recognizer(37) and a digital code sensor(38). An EC(Electronic Commerce) service provider server(21) includes a digital contents database(22), a digital code database(23), and a member database(24) storing basic information(25), member terminal information(26), and contents type information(27), and is connected to the member terminal through the communication network(31). The EC service provider server is connected to a customer center(32) and a payment system(33). A digital code(40) is inserted into prints/publications(39). |
