A compressor for packing organic compost is provided to improve accuracy of compression packing of organic compost by installing a collection box with a load cell above a hopper. A compressor for packing organic compost includes an organic compost supply unit(40) and a hopper(50). The organic compost supply unit is installed in the lateral direction of an organic compost inlet chamber(20) to supply the organic compost inputted into the hopper to the organic compost inlet chamber. The hopper having a load cell and a lower frame(52) is installed above the organic compost supply unit. The load cell quantitatively weighs the organic compost when the weight of the organic compost is applied. The lower frame is installed above the load cell to weigh the inputted organic compost. A sliding opening and closing door is installed on the lower frame of the hopper and opened to supply the organic compost inputted into the hopper to the organic compost supply unit by being operated in response to a signal indicating that the weight value of the organic compost reaches a predetermined value.
