A thin plate manufacturing apparatus and a thin plate transfer method using the same are provided to transfer a processed thin plate to the outside by sucking the processed thin plate with vacuum suction force corresponding to the size of the processed thin plate. A thin plate manufacturing apparatus includes a transfer unit, a processing unit(200), and a loading/unloading unit(300). The transfer unit has a pair of transfer parts(110,120) arranged to face each other and transfers a thin plate(10) with predetermined width and length along a transfer path formed between the pair of transfer parts. The processing unit is arranged adjacent to the transfer path to punch and process the transferred thin plate. The loading/unloading unit is arranged adjacent to the transfer path and sucks the processed thin plate with vacuum suction force corresponding to the size of the processed thin plate to transfer the processed thin plate to a predetermined position. Each of the transfer parts has a main body(111,121), a pair of driving rollers, a guide rail(114,124), positioning members(115,125), and a motor(123). The pair of driving rollers are installed in the main body on the transfer path and forms a contact nip through which the thin plate passes. The guide rail is protruded from the main body by a predetermined length to match with the transfer path and guides movement of the thin plate. The positioning members are installed on the guide rail at regular intervals to prevent deviation of the thin plate. The motor transmits rotary force to one of the pair of driving rollers.
