Bread for sandwich or hamburger, and a bread making mold are provided to enable consumers to slowly and conveniently eat the sandwich or hamburger by making the bread into a container shape. Bread for sandwich or hamburger consists of: a first bread(301) having a concave part and a second bread(302) covering the side of the concave part. A first bread making mold comprises: a projection part on which bread dough is laid; a fence part of which the top is airtight; and a groove into which the fence is inserted. The fence part has a steam emitting hole. In a second bread making mold, the top and bottom of a fence part are open. |
