The invention refers to the solid-state devices, which can work without constant current source and can amplify, deviate, commutate, transform or generate alternate current and/or pulses, at that the main current circuit of the device is formed of at least two oppositely switched main transistors. It is proposed to use current mirrors as a source of main transistor base current instead commonly used injector. The output current of the mirror is optimised using transistors with different emitter area or by bringing resistor into emitter circuit. It is also proposed to connect control transistors in such a way that they bridge base-emitter junction, thus speeding up the alternate current switching of the transistor. One possible version of equivalent diagram of the alternate current transistor is shown in the Fig. 3. |
