A method of benefication of hematite ores includes three-stage crushing with screening, basic magnetic separation of fine-grained fraction gathered after each stage of screening in one flow, with producing magnetic and nonmagnetic products, and auxiliary magnetic separation. Screening after each stage of crushing is performed on double-deck screens with isolation of three granulometric fractions, fine-grained, medium-grained, which after screening of each subsequent stage of crushing is gathered into one flow and directed for auxiliary magnetic separation with producing of magnetic product, intermediate product, which is directed for crushing of the third stage, and nonmagnetic product, coarse-grained fraction, which is directed to the subsequent stage of crushing with screening, and after screening after the third stage of crushing is forwarded for crushing of the third stage. |
