The invention concerns chemical machine building, in particular it can be used for crushing of the particles of slime, which are located in the flow of mineral fertilizers, and filtration of the flow before its granulation. A filter-crusher contains a cylindrical housing, which consists of upper and lower parts connected detachably, contains pipes for inlet and outlet of flow, a rotary rotor with blades installed on the vertical shaft, filter and crushing elements. Inside the housing axially symmetric partitions are concentrically installed, which divide the internal volume of housing into a chamber of flow reception, connected with the pipe for flow introduction, a camera of crushing and filtration, in which a filter cell is located, and a chamber of filtered flow connected with pipe for discharge of purified flow. The rotor is made in the form of two rigidly connected by bases axially symmetric truncated cones turned by smaller bases downward. The blades of rotor are installed on internal surface of its upper cone. The lower cone of the rotor is equipped with blade wheel installed in its lower part, and stator radial blades fastened on its internal side. The lower part of lower cone of the rotor with blade wheel is located inside the chamber of flow reception. The crushing elements are made in the form of radial blades fastened to the external surface of the upper cone of rotor on its periphery, and located in the chamber of crushing and filtration along lateral wall of the chamber with a clearance relative to it. The invention provides for increase of efficiency of forcing and circulation of flow, processes of centrifugal division of flow and slime, the area of crushing the slime is increased, which provides the intensification of the processes of division, crushing and filtration and efficiency as a whole of filter operation. |
