The invention proposes a submarine aluminum-sheathed cable. The cable comprises laid one by one above insulation a layer of a conductive water-swellable cloth, a solid layer of rectangular hard wires made of alumina alloy, an alumina polyethylene film. An electric conductor is encapsulated with water blocking fabric and being made of a central soft aluminum wire, on which it is laid by means of coiling one layer of wires.
