METHOD FOR RESTORING PASSABILITY OF ISTHMIC PART OF SALPINX

A method for restoring the passability of the isthmic part of the salpinx provides for transvaginal catheterization and balloon dilatation of the obliterated area. According to the method, the peritoneal cavity is cut followed by the incision of the salpinx to the subcutaneous layer. The abdominal wall is sutured. Fogarty catheter left in the salpinx is removed in 28 days upon the restoration of the layers of the salpinx.
