<p>A free-of-play holder is arranged as conical tail element and cylindrical part separated one from another by collar with larger diameter, separator with solids of revolution with possibility of axial displacement. On cylindrical part of tail element uniformly in circle conical openings are provided, those are open at side of outer diameter, there conical rollers are installed with possibility of axial and circular turn, upper generatrixes of those at axial displacement are larger than outer diameter of cylindrical part of the holder. Outer surfaces of conical rollers are parallel to generatrixes of cylindrical part of mandrel, at the left end of smaller outer diameters conical rollers are rigidly connected to compression springs through support balls installed to dead axial openings provided in the right end of the collar of the holder, opposite ends of the compression springs are rigidly fixed in closed holes with possibility of axial extension to side of conical rollers in which at right end of larger outer diameter spheres are provided. Those are in interaction with end circular spherical groove of pressing disc. At the left end of the pressing disc in zone of larger diameter elastic ring is fixed, its inner diameter is equal to inner diameter of part being processed, this is in interaction with its right end.</p> |
