A resin composition for impregnation of long fibers is provided to realize excellent impact resistance and heat resistance, and to satisfy the requirements of excellent flexural characteristics, weld line strength, urethane foam adhesion and minimized deformation of molded articles. A resin composition for impregnation of long fibers comprises: 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin containing at least 50 wt% of propylene-ethylene copolymer; 5-400 parts by weight of a rubbery resin comprising ethylene-octene copolymer, styrene-diene copolymer or a blend thereof; and 1-100 parts by weight of a copolymer having at least one polar group selected from the group consisting of a modified propylene to which a polar group is grafted and hydroxyl group-containing polyolefin polyol.
