A method for treatment of liquid lubricants containing polar molecules, by influence on them by electrostatic field, sufficient for dielectrical saturation, at that in the volume of liquid lubricant material nuclea areas of nanocrystals, which are formed from polar molecules by rebuilding of their colloidal associates, and which have residual polarization and are close to ferriclectrics by their properties and form on friction surfaces solid crystal base phase and liquid crystal phase with increased thickness and bearing capacity. At operation of technical systems with such lubricant the wear of friction units are reduced by 5-15 times, depending on modes of loading and used lubricant materials, and friction is reduced up to 2 times. |
