摘要 Method and module-adaptive prediction system for control of process of coal extraction in mine relates to mining. The method is implemented by means of module-adaptive prediction system. The system includes module of dispatcher’s service that includes local computing network, automated workplaces of mine managers and technological services and central computer connected to main server. Server is plugged-in to connected to each other modules for automation and control of coal cleaning, personnel registration and work organization, mine surveying and development of mining operations, automation of control of surface complex and economical and book-keeping departments. Through communication channel server is connected to module of collection and transfer of information connected to modules of control and automation of production faces, control and automation of development workings, automation of control and management of transportation means, automation and control of stationary equipment, technological communication and emergency notification, fire protection, control and management of ventilation network, emergency protection, control and management of electric power supply of mine, evaluation of state of rock massif, control of mechanisms on seams dangerous by hydro-dynamical effects and control and management of degassing processes. To the system in addition are included module of technical and organization optimization of production process and module of optimization and modeling technological processes of coal extraction for development of optimal solutions, those are connected to each other and connected to main server, and n system-forming blocks that are blocks of system information exchange, is a part of each module of system and consist of connected in sequence respective units. The method and the system provide increase of reliability and level of safety, decrease of level of failures, increase of functional possibilities of control and increase of coal extraction.
