The invention relates to testing engineering, in particular to vibro-diagnostics of roll bearings and measurement of radial gaps of those. Testbench for vibration control of bearings has basis as welded frame on which electric motor is installed, this through V-belt transmission is in contact with one end of spindle shaft. Spindle shaft is installed to spindle and at its other end cone is provided. Testbench has as well fit instrument for fixation of bearing under investigation, mechanism of radial and axial loading, holder for fixation of indicator or restriction slats, vibro-diagnostics apparatuses. According to the invention, shaft of spindle is made hollow with inner cone on its other end, there along axis adapter cone is fixed. Adapter cone is removable device for different fit instruments of bearings under investigation depending on conditions of investigation. The invention provides implementation of vibro-diagnostics of different in accuracy class bearings, thus makes it possible to increase essentially its measuring abilities. |
