摘要 A triangular wave generation circuit is provided to implement a triangular wave having a high frequency by reducing a time lug from when a discharge start signal is inputted to when a real discharging operation starts. A triangular wave generation circuit includes a first current source circuit(2), a capacitor(3), a reference voltage circuit(5), a comparison circuit(6), a charging/discharging circuit(4), and a switch circuit(8). The first current source circuit generates a current. The reference voltage circuit generates a plurality of reference voltages. The comparison circuit compares the capacitor voltage with the reference voltage, and outputs a conversion signal for switching charging/discharging operations of the capacitor according to the comparison result. The charging/discharging circuit charges/discharges the current, which is regulated by the first current source circuit, to/from the capacitance in response to the conversion signal of the comparison circuit. The switch circuit switches the reference voltage in response to the conversion signal of the comparison circuit.
