Method for making anchor reinforced-concrete ties includes use of metal forms, preliminary preparation of anchors, installation of those to metal form through fixation of anchor heads in openings provided in bottom of form, with filling forms with concrete with following compacting on vibration exciters, steaming in chamber and splitting out ties from metal forms on tilter. One uses anchors in which head is connected to stem by means of rigid flange sealing, the lower part of the head that rests on flange gasket is arranged as closed form in box configuration on which one places elastic gasket with respective configuration, and outer surfaces of the last one are arranged at angle α = 2-3° to its inner surface. Fit openings in the bottom of metal form are made as corresponding to contour of side surface of springy gasket. Fixation of anchors in openings is performed through pressing in to support rigid flange gasket to bottom of form. Simplification of technological process and decrease of materials consumption are provided. |
