摘要 A method for making minced meat based on mushrooms such that the mushrooms are subjected to comminuting with the average size of particles of 3...5 mm with addition of comminuted rose hips dried up to a remaining moisture content of 18% and viburnum berries frozen at a temperature of -18 °С in the course of 4...6 hours, chopped bulb onion and carrot with the further mixing with sunflower oil, SHF-heating and vacuuming at 50-60 kPa and a temperature of 40 °С up to a remaining moisture content of 60...65%.
