Method for ultrasonic measurement of thickness of articles is in formation of acoustic sounding radio-pulse signal with entering it to object of control, one receives signal after its propagation in object, one determines phase characteristic of reflected signals, calculates thickness by time of delay of signal and known rate of propagation. One determines phase difference of bottom signals and carrier wave of probing signal, one performs slide window processing with calculation of sampling circular dispersion. Time of propagation of signal is determined by its minima for incompatible bottom signals. |
