A battery equalizer of a vehicle is provided to perform waterproofing and sealing by inserting a sealing tube between a flange unit of a case and a support unit. A battery equalizer of a vehicle includes a case and a plate type support unit(70). The case is opened at one side and has a flange unit(60) which is radially extended by a predetermined length to be perpendicular to the open end. The plate type support unit is fixed to the flange unit by a screw to shield the open side of the case and fixes the case to the vehicle. The flange unit and the support unit are fixed by the screw while inserting a sealing tube to seal the case. Fixing guides are formed on inner walls of right and left ends of the case to be protruded by a predetermined length. Screw coupling holes are vertically formed at lower ends of the fixing guides.
