Railroad wheel for rolling stock and method of its manufacture

The invention relates to rail transport. A railroad wheel for rolling stock consists of a rim, a disk and a nave. Radii of curvature in the places of passage from the disk to the nave from the side of the flange make 76-, to the rim - 42-. For opposite surface of the disk the radii upon passage to the nave make 95- and to the rim - 152-. A method of manufacturing the railroad wheel provides for reduction at temperatures of 1200- of billet on the presses. After this, the billet is rolled on the mill up to the form, when the disk becomes perpendicular to the wheel axle. The final form of disk in geometric dimensions is formed prior to rolling of rim. The technical result is in increase of crack resistance of the wheel.
