PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of taro containing rice which contains components of taro beneficial to the human body and has an increased taste and flavor. Therefore, a consumer is capable of taking the components of taro easily. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of taro contacting rice is characterized by coating and impregnating rice with taro solution which is prepared by dissolving taro powder in water using a wet polisher, and drying the rice. |
