High-strength material including waste PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate) material, and a method and an apparatus for manufacturing the same are provided to obtain advanced material having superior mechanical properties similar to those of steel. An apparatus for manufacturing high-strength material comprises a PET extruder(10), a draw bench(20), a carbon sheet wrapping device(30), and a glass fiber extruder(40). The PET extruder extrudes molten PET resin and urethane on a surface of a product. The draw bench processes the product into a desired shape after the product has passed through high-temperature water. The carbon sheet wrapping device wraps the product with carbon sheet. The glass fiber extruder protrudes glass fiber onto the product.
