A press safety device is provided to push a worker hand to an outside through operation faster than that of an upper mold when a product is drawn so that an accident is prevented. A press safety device includes a hydraulic cylinder(10), a first sensor, a second sensor(30), a nut(40), and a controller(50). The hydraulic cylinder includes a rod(11). A protective plate(13) is mounted on a front end of the rod. A speed adjusting valve is provided at a predetermined position of the hydraulic cylinder. The first sensor controls the hydraulic cylinder in cooperation with a pedal(21), a joint link, and a first detection plate mounted on the joint link. The second sensor includes a second detection plate(33) at a predetermined position of an outer circumference of a crank rod(31). The nut is connected to the hydraulic cylinder. The controller includes a sensor to detect pressure reduction of the hydraulic cylinder.
