A method for manufacturing a loess brick with a rubber member is provided to produce the loess brick having increased strength and durability, and to prevent the rubber member from being bent or deformed by a solar heat. A method for manufacturing a loess brick with a rubber member includes the steps of: (S10) drying loess to a moisture content of 10-15%; (S20) grinding the dried loess into powder; (S30) adding an alkaline reinforcing agent, an acidic additive, water, and natural resin to the loess powder to obtain a loess mixture; (S40) pouring the loess mixture into a loess brick mold to obtain a loess brick; (S50) drying the loess brick; and (S60) attaching a rubber member to the loess brick using an adhesive. The adhesive is at least one resin selected from natural resins and synthetic resins.
