A tape cutting apparatus is provided to prevent a waste of tape by easily varying the length of the tape to cut the tape into a required size. A tape cutting apparatus includes a body(1), a horizontal moving bar(3), a cutting unit, and an end processing unit(5). The horizontal moving bar has a fixing pin, a middle horizontal long hole, and a front curved bar. The horizontal moving bar moves back and forth along the middle horizontal long hole into which the fixing pin fixed to the body is inserted. An end of a tape supplied from a tape supply reel(6) is attached to the front curved bar. The cutting unit cuts the tape by operation of an operating unit(2) after drawing out the tape. The end processing unit processes the end of the tape to be rolled and attached by backward movement of the horizontal moving bar to which the tape is attached.
