PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it has been difficult to select intermediate data in re-outputting a job, when new intermediate data is generated as output setting is changed.SOLUTION: A data associating section 3c of a printer controller 3 stores intermediate data for input data generated by an intermediate data generating section 3b according to a post-change output setting which is different from an output setting stored in a data storage section 3d, in association with input data in a job together with the post-change output setting, in the data storage section 3d. Then, an intermediate data output section 3e outputs either of the intermediate data generated according to a pre-change output setting or the intermediate data generated according to the post-change output setting, retrieved from the data storage section 3d, together with the pre-change or post-change output setting retrieved from the data storage section 3d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
