PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Y-shaped strainer capable of facilitating attachment and detachment of a cap body.SOLUTION: The Y-shaped strainer includes: an inflow portion 11; an outflow portion 12; and a filtering chamber 13. A cylindrical screen body 2 is stored in the filtering chamber so that the inflow side is watertight, and a removable cap body 3 is provided at an opening portion of the filtering chamber. The cap body 3 is formed in a container shape having: an insertion cylinder portion 31; a bottom surface portion 32; and a handling portion 33 protruding from the bottom surface portion. There is provided a locking protrusion portion 311 on a peripheral surface of the insertion cylinder portion. At the opening portion of the filtering chamber, there is provided a cylinder receiving portion 133 into which the insertion cylinder portion is to be tightly inserted. At an inner side in the cylinder receiving portion, there is mounted a ring seal 134, and at an opening side of the cylinder receiving portion, there are formed: an engagement recess thread portion 135 with which the locking protrusion portion is to be engaged; and an opening end cutout portion 136 for allowing the locking protrusion portion to advance to the engagement recess thread portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
