In this way, the raisable gathers and leg gathers can be simultaneously formed at side sheets 4. Further, a pocket into which an exchangeable and substantially sandglass-shaped second absorbent body 11 can be positioned and inserted is formed between the skin-side sheet 3 enclosed by the respective adhered portions and the respective side sheets 4.
