A vacuum packing apparatus is provided to easily place a vacuum packing paper in the chamber unit by forming a packing paper inlet at the front side of the chamber unit and blocking the rear side of the chamber unit. A vacuum packing apparatus(100) includes a main body(110), a chamber body(200), and a chamber cover(300). The main body has a vacuum pump(140). The chamber body is installed in the main body and has a chamber unit and a suction hole. The chamber unit has a packing paper inlet at the front side and a predetermined space at the rear side. The suction hole is connected to the vacuum pump. The chamber cover closes the packing paper inlet of the chamber body by being slid vertically or obliquely through a guide unit formed in the chamber body or the chamber cover.
