#CMT# #/CMT# The residence (2) has an interphony system, and apartments (8, 10) with a telephone switch connecting a telephone (50) of the apartment to a wide area telephone network (46) e.g. public switched telephone network, for receiving a call, emitted from the network, on the telephone. The switch connects the telephone to an electric door opener (14) for receiving a call, emitted from the opener, on the telephone.
