摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# The method involves characterizing amplitudes of movements of eyes and head of a carrier of an ophthalmic element, and determining ametropia correction for peripheral and foveal visions. An optical power-distribution of the element is determined to realize the correction for the foveal vision in a central zone and to allow the element to vary apart from the zone towards an optical power value corresponding to the correction for the peripheral vision. The zone is determined with increased size according to the eye movement amplitude. The element is realized to obtain the power-distribution. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for realizing an ophthalmic element i.e. spectacle lens, for correcting the peripheral or foveal vision of a carrier of the element to correct ametropia of the carrier and to correct myopia (all claimed) of the carrier. Can also be used for mask lens for mountain and aquatic dive. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method provides the ametropia correction to the carrier in a simple manner, and provides good visual comfort to the carrier while reducing the long-term aggravation of ametropia. The method provides additional personalization of the element apart from the correction of the vision of the carrier, to optimize the compromise between the ametropia corrections relative to the peripheral vision and the foveal vision. The method provides a larger zone of the element which corrects the foveal vision of the carrier moving the eyes to observe an off-centered object, so that the image of the object is correctly formed on the retina, for large interval of rotational angle of the eyes.
