A photoluminescent film is provided to improve adhesive strength by protecting a hot melt layer by a release film and to increase combining force of a photoluminescent expression film and the hot melt layer by laminating a primer layer between the photoluminescent expression film and the hot melt layer. A photoluminescent film is composed of: a photoluminescent coating film(110) attached on the cloth, cut corresponding to the design, and made of positron emission tomography; a photoluminescent adhesive layer(120) laminated on the underside of the photoluminescent coating film layer; a transparent film(130) bonded on the underside of the photoluminescent adhesive layer to form a polyurethane protection layer(131) on the upper side; a photoluminescent expression film(150) integrally bonded with the photoluminescent coating film layer by the photoluminescent adhesive layer, repeatedly separated or bonded with the photoluminescent coating film, and formed by coating PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride) with photoluminescent pigments; a transparent polyester UV(Ultraviolet) film(140) laminated between the transparent film and the photoluminescent expression film to cut off UV rays; a hot melt layer(160) laminated at the underside of the photoluminescent expression film and bonded on the cloth; and a release film(170) laminated on the hot melt layer to protect the hot melt layer.
