The method involves developing a digital model of a cosmetic product applicator, and conditioning a raw material (40) i.e. liquid or powder material, to be discharged. The material is solidified by sections defined from the digital model through a photo polymerization using a light source e.g. laser source (36). The material is placed in a receptacle (38) provided with a support (42), and the support is moved in equal steps to a thickness of the sections, where the material includes a component such as photopolymer resin, sintering resin and metal. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a cosmetic product applicator comprising an elongated shaped core carrying tooth (2) a cosmetic product package comprising an applicator.
