A rotation device for roasting foods is provided to transfer grills on which foods are put from end to end and to mesh a gear member with a third chain of a speed changing rotary part so as to confirm that the foods are uniformly roasted. Charcoals are laid on a roasting plate(121) of a heating brazier(120). Smoke is discharged to the outside by driving a smoke discharging part(114). Insulating members(116) are installed at the periphery of a body(110) to cut off the heat transfer to the outside of the body. The body has an installing part(118) for placing germanium and elvan stone which absorb toxic materials generated from the foods to be roasted. Foods are laid on grills(130). The grills are hinged to each other to prevent the drop of the foods. The grills are hooked on transfer parts(140) to move the foods from one side of the heating brazier to the other side. The upper and lower parts of the grills are placed at a first chain and a second chain(153). The grills are installed at a rotary driving part and mesh a gear member, which is formed at a lower part of the grill, with a third chain(166) of a speed changing rotary part.
