An earth leakage trip device of an earth leakage circuit breaker is provided to reduce the entire size of a unit case by forming the unit case in a two-stage type to improve component receiving efficiency of the unit case. An earth leakage trip device(10) of an earth leakage circuit breaker includes a unit case to receive components. The unit case is implemented as a two-stage case composed of a lower case(19), a tray-shaped upper case(20) stacked on the lower case, and a case cover(21) to cover an open surface of the upper case. The lower case receives a trip coil(6) and an earth leakage display button(13). The upper case receives a circuit board(22) where an earth leakage detection circuit(4), a sensitivity current switch(7), an operation time switch(8), and an earth leakage test switch(9) are mounted. Operation units(7a,8a,9a) of the sensitivity current switch, the operation time switch, and the earth leakage test switch are protruded outside the case cover.
