The device (10) has a stacked unit case including a flat plate shaped upper case (20) stacked on a lower case (19), and made of molded resin. The case (19) houses a trip coil (6) i.e. electromagnet, and a ground fault indication button (13), and the case (20) houses a printed circuit board (22) on which a ground fault detection integrated circuit (4), a sensitivity current switch (7), an action time switch (8), a ground fault test switch (9) i.e. push-button switch, are mounted. Actuating parts i.e. operating buttons (7a, 8a), actuate the switches (7-9) and are extended from a case cover (21).
