The chamber includes an isolation unit placed between an inlet and an outlet. The isolation unit at the inlet is subordinated to a state of the pressurization unit. The isolation unit at the outlet includes an electromagnetic valve (12) to cause abrupt relaxation of compressed air in the reservoir and consecutive air flow along a pressure curve until an end of an infusion cycle during an inactive state of the pressurization unit. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Apparatus for brewing coffee such as chocolate coffee or creamy coffee from coffee stick pack. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The pressurization unit is simple, economic, convenient and safe to use, thus permitting simplification of the design of the apparatus.
