#CMT# #/CMT# The device (10) has a beam (20) equipped with a dampening unit (80) for exerting pressure force on the beam for placing a rear ground working tool (6) against the ground, where the dampening unit is provided with a compression spring. An expanding parallelogram (15) is associated to the beam for conserving a stable position of the rear tool with respect to the ground during utilization of the tool. Parallel posts are articulated on the beam or arm.
