The device has levers (1, 2) articulated on a pivot (6), and different attachments (17) fixed by latches or pins (20). A support (8) with two wheels (9) handles (3), bumper (27) and stopper (28) limits the closing of the levers. A coupling pin (21) couples the levers. A ring (7) is fixed on a plate for forming an articulation, and the handles are welded perpendicular to the levers. The wheel is positioned at the back of the attachments.
