A ceiling built-in type sprinkler is provided to prevent affecting appearance of the ceiling by being established invisibly in ordinary time and to allow rapid response to a fire. A ceiling built-in type sprinkler comprises: a body part(110) with a cylinder shape which is connected to a water supplying pipe line and has a connection part projected outward; a pipe(120) with a cylinder shape, which is combined with the connection part and includes multiple support projections(121) on the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder and installing holes in locations corresponding to the support projections; a deflector(130) which has a flange, multiple grooves formed to be correspondent to support projections on the flange, projections projected upward from one of the groove parts, and a holder to open and close the body part; and a magnetic switch(150) which is combined with a plunger to push the projections of the deflector.
