A discharging device receiving different kinds of materials is provided to maintain and improve air tightness through insertion or contact of and end part and an inner wall formed on the lower end of the receiving part. A discharging device receiving different kinds of materials comprises: a fixation part fixed or combined in contents discharge direction of a container, which comprises an oral part(11) formed on upper side and a sealing part(12) including a falling space(13) formed on the its lower side, a sealing groove(14), and a sealing wall(15) with a rim shape; and an operation part which comprises a receiving part with a space for storing, an end part with a shape inserted between sealing grooves of the fixation part, and an inner wall coming into close contact with the sealing wall with elasticity.
