The device has an input section (3) traversing a wall (14) of a flow chamber (7) and rotatably cooperating with a driving unit e.g. motor, and an output section (4) contact with a driving shaft (2) e.g. pump shaft, and inclined of an angle (alpha) with respect to the input section. A sealing envelope (8) covers the crank shaft to inside of the chamber. A set of bellows (9) is provided for assuring the flexibility of the envelope to an intersection between axes (d1, d2) of the input and output sections, and a rigid sleeve (10) prolongs the bellows in an outer direction of the output section. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a sealing device for transmitting a rotating movement of a crankshaft towards a driven shaft to a chamber.
