MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HORIZONTAL UNIT IN MODULAR STRUCTURE

A manufacturing method for a horizontal unit of a modular structure is provided to shorten a period of construction and to cut down on the cost by installing a horizontal unit frame to be turned upside down on the bottom and placing concrete on the bottom, and to utilize space effectively by manufacturing a horizontal unit separately and piling up horizontal units, and then curing. A manufacturing method for a horizontal unit of a modular structure comprises the steps of: manufacturing a horizontal unit frame(30); installing a stopper(40) extended to the upper part of a beam along the outer circumferential surface of the horizontal unit frame; arranging a reinforcing bar(50) of a slab board(25) on the arranged reinforcing bar; installing the horizontal unit frame to make the top of the stopper of the horizontal unit frame located on the bottom; placing concrete(60) in the horizontal unit frame surrounded by the stopper as much as the height of the slab board; hardening the concrete; and rotating a horizontal unit(70) which is formed by integrating concrete with the horizontal unit frame.
