The actuator (40) has a hub (41) movable in rotation around an axle and fixed in translation with respect to a casing (42), where the hub rotates between a central position and an angular position. A driving body (44) of a fork (22) is guided in translation along the axle and is rotatively fixed. A transformation unit i.e. helical part, of a groove transforms rotational movement of the hub between the central and angular positions into translational movement of the body along the axle. The driving body of the fork is immovable irrespective of position of the hub between the positions.
